1. Service Agreement
By using iShopMaster.lk, you agree to comply with our standards of shop governance. Our software is provided as a tool to manage stock, sales, and repairs effectively.
2. Licensing & Founder Access
Licenses are granted per shop location. Founder program participants receive early-adopter benefits as defined in their specific license circular. Users must not attempt to pirate, decompile, or redistribute the software without written authorization from JJSOFT GLOBAL.
3. Professional Use Only
Wait times for implementation and support follow Sri Lankan standard business hours. We reserve the right to audit system logs to ensure compliance with our security protocols and to prevent stock leakage scams.
4. Limitation of Liability
JJSOFT GLOBAL provides iShopMaster as-is. While we ensure high reliability and security, we are not responsible for shop losses occurring due to human error, manual overriding of system logs, or external hardware failures.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
